So far so good! The "historical" path is really well portrayed, especially with the intricacies of the BBWR (ruling party) as the ruling bloc ever since 1926 coup was the living embodiment of factionalism! I also really like how you have resolved the Danzig/Gdansk issue with addition of Gdynia too! The historical tree is overall a job well done with little (more spotlight put on the industrial backwardness of the Eastern Poland and the Central industrial area development pretty please since it was a big thing, bigger than gdansk/gdynia) to change really!
